But the worst thing is that whilst you are researching on these sites, many lenders are attached to hundreds of others, and they will all do a credit search on you, which in turn, will affect your credit rating, thus making it more difficult for you to obtain a mortgage !  We have internal sources where this does not happen, so let us do this for you to maximise your chances, and save your credit score from taking a dive.

There are various costs involved in buying your home, whether you are a first time buyer, or a very experienced mover. The costs to consider are  Stamp Duty, Fees for Searches & Legal fees, valuation fees, Broker and Lender's fees, Estate Agent's fees, removal costs. New costs that you may have such as ground rent and maintenance fees (leasehold), along with your Council Tax which also needs to be factored in, as does general maintenance, repairs and redecoration.
